Over the years we have been asked all kinds of questions. Here we have listed the most common questions we get asked to try and help you decide what you need to consider when hiring a marquee.

What size marquee do I need?

Before any booking has been made we will come visit the proposed venue and advice you of the size of marquee possible based on the number of guests and the type of event. Because our clearspan marquees can be increased or decreased in minutes it give the flexibilty at the last minute if numbers of guests change.

 

Does it matter what the ground is like where the marquee is to be erected?

Our marquees can be erected on most ground surfaces as long as it is reasonably flat. Carpet can be supplied to cover the ground surface.

 

Does the location require any special consideration?

Firstly decide where you want your marquee to be errected. Contact us and we will survey the area. Because our marquees are a frame design this means we can erect a marquee almost anywhere. All we nee is sufficient access to the area. Any overhead hazards such as trees, power lines etc may need to be considered.

 

What if it rains?

Our marquees are made of PVC and are fully waterproof. In heavy rainfall water may seep below the walls into the marquee, to be certain that your guests to not get water logged we suggest a hard flor with carpet if heavy rain is expected.

 

Are there any trip hazards or anything that can cause injury?

Our frame marquees do not rely of guide ropes and pegs. There are no internal posts or fixings so the likelyhood of someone tripping over is minimal however not guaranteed... it depends on how clumsy you are!

Clearspan Marquees

Our clearspan marquees can be added to, increasing or decreasing the marquee in size. Its aluminum frame makes it easy to errect and can be installed on any surface without the need for pole or guy ropes.

The base can be grassm shingle or concrete.

 

Our marquees can cater for 10 to 340 seated guests and can be used for all occasions.
